Referral Letters
Referrals are an essential part of the instrument application process, which must be sent by teachers related to that student.

You may also start a new referral here. Once you are on the referral form, enter the appropriate mandatory fields. If you are not affiliated with a school or district, change the default selection for this question to 'No'. You will first be required to enter your contact information and details. You will be asked for applicant details to allow Concerts for Children to find your student’s application. Then, you may write your referral letter, which should be at least a paragraph long. To submit the form, complete the final section with the multiple checkboxes. Select the ‘Submit’ button where a message will appear confirming your referral has been submitted successfully. It may take a few days until your student will see on their portal that you have submitted a referral letter, but the letter is private, only accessible through your portal and to Concerts for Children. After submitting the form, please email [email protected] to validate your referral. Following these steps, you will have submitted a complete referral for your student to possibly be eligible for a Concerts for Children Instrument.
